The Environmental Appeal Board, Forest Appeals Commission, and Energy Resource Appeal Tribunal (collectively the “Boards”), have provided public access to electronic oral hearings consistent with section 41 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, SBC 2004, c. 45.
Effective June 30, 2026, the licencing to the software used to live stream our electronic hearings became unavailable. As a result, for the foreseeable future, the Boards do not have a practical way to make electronic hearings accessible to the public. The Boards are actively exploring alternative options to live stream electronic hearings.
In the meantime, we apologize that living streaming of our electronic oral hearings will not be available. The Boards will post an update once live streaming is available. Updates on specific scheduled hearings can be found on the Boards websites under Hearing Schedules tab.
