Slocan Forest Products Ltd. (“Slocan”) appealed a Review Panel decision finding Slocan in contravention of the Code and Forest Road Regulation. Before the appeal was heard by the Commission, the parties reached an agreement and requested that the Commission make an order, by consent of the parties. The Commission ordered that the decision of the Review Panel be rescinded, including the associated contraventions and fines at issue in the appeal. Appeal allowed by consent.
