An administrative review panel confirmed the determination made by the District Manager that the Appellant contravened section 48(1) of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.  The Appellant filed an appeal of the decision of the review panel.  By the consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determination be rescinded based on insufficient evidence.
