The Ministry of Forests issued stumpage determinations with respect to a cutting permit under a forest licence held by the Appellant.  The Appellant requested an appeal of that determination.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the stumpage rates for the cutting permit be recalculated.

But consent of the parties, the appeal was allowed.
