Tolko Industries Ltd. appealed a stumpage rate determination with respect to a cutting permit issued under a forest licence.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determination be rescinded and referred back to the employee who determined the stumpage rate, with direction as to the application of the Interior Appraisal Manual.

Accordingly, the appeal was allowed.
