Takla Track & Timber Ltd. appealed a stumpage rate determination with respect to a cutting permit under a forest licence.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determination be referred back to the employee who determined the stumpage rate, with directions that the employee consider the truck and rail transfer and rail transportation cost estimate submitted by the Appellant via the Electronic Commerce Appraisal System.
