Galloway Lumber Company Ltd. appealed a stumpage rate determination with respect to a cutting permit issued under a forest licence.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determination be rescinded and that a stumpage rate agreed to by the parties be applied to sawlogs scaled between July 1, 2004 and September 30, 2004.

Accordingly, the appeal was allowed.
