Stuart Lake Lumber Company Ltd. appealed a stumpage rate determination with respect to a cutting permit issued under a forest licence.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determination be referred back to the Ministry of Forests employee who made the determination with direction that the employee make a new determination, effective October 1, 2002, using revised engineering cost estimates for two bridges.

Accordingly, the appeal was allowed.
