Raven Ranch Ltd. and James Edward Bradshaw appealed two stumpage rate determinations respecting a cutting permit under a woodlot licence.  By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the determinations be referred back to the Ministry of Forest employee who made the determinations, with directions to make new determinations to fix the rate at the rate in effect on December 1, 2003.
