Abitibi Consolidated Company of Canada appealed a stumpage advisory notice determination made by the Acting Appraisal Coordinator from the Ministry of Forests, which disallowed cost allowances for three pipeline crossings claimed by the Appellant.

By consent of the parties, the Commission allowed the appeal.  The determination was rescinded and the matter was sent back to the Appraisal Coordinator with directions to allow an appraisal cost of $3400 for five pipeline crossings.
