Western Forest Products Inc. appealed a stumpage advisory notice determination made by the Stumpage Coordinator from the Ministry of Forests.
By consent of the parties, the Commission allowed the appeal. The determination was rescinded and the matter was sent back to the Stumpage Coordinator with directions to determine the stumpage rate including a $37.78/m3 allowance for specified operations under paragraph 4.4.5 of the Coast Appraisal Manual which addresses “Helicopter Single Standing Stem Selection.”
