Chris Camping appealed a determination by the District Manager, 100 Mile House Forest District, imposing a penalty of $9,300 for contravening sections 96(1) and 96(2) of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.

By consent of the parties, the Commission ordered that the contraventions be confirmed and that the penalty be varied to $3,900 for the section 96(1) contravention, and that there be no penalty for the section 96(2) contravention.
